PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG REGENCY - West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi witnessed the wedding of the special deaf couple Naila Puja Rislani and Muhammad Sayyid Az Zahiri at the Bale Endah Religious Affairs Office (KUA) in Bandung Regency, Friday (1/5/2026).

Dudung Abdul Rohman, Head of the West Java Ministry of Religious Affairs Regional Office, witnessed both weddings. The marriage ceremony was led by the Head of the Bale Endah District Office of Religious Affairs, Rohman, and assisted by a sign language interpreter.

In his advice, KDM, Dedi Mulyadi's nickname, asked both partners not to fight and to be able to resolve problems well.

"Don't fight too much," said KDM.

A simple wedding at the KUA is a KDM initiative that aims to avoid the large costs that the bride and groom's families usually have to pay.

On the same occasion, KDM also stated that he was ready to help improve the marriage contract hall facilities at the KUA in Bale Endah District.

Fenty Feriyawati, who is Puja's biological mother, is grateful for what KDM has given her child.

"Thank you to the governor who is very concerned about our children with their limitations," he added.

Fenty prays that KDM will always be given good health, long life and success in all his work.

Fenty is also proud of Governor Dedi Mulyadi's leadership, which has greatly helped the people of West Java.

"We are proud to have a leader like the current governor. Thank you to the governor, the West Java Ministry of Religion Regional Office, Bale Endah District, and Rancamanyar Village for supporting marriages at the KUA," he said.

Meanwhile, Puja, the bride, said she was happy and grateful to Governor Dedi Mulyadi for making her excited to get married at the Bale Endah KUA.
