PORTALJABAR, BEKASI REGENCY - The Bekasi Regency Government is encouraging the development of MSMEs through the Bekasipreneur Camp 2026 at the Karang Kitri Camping Ground, Karangmulya Village, Bojongmangu District, 11/7/2026.

The activity lasted for two days until 12/7/2026, presenting MSME actors, young entrepreneurs, students, and speakers in the economic field.

The Nuswantara MSME Forum initiated this activity to strengthen business capacity, expand networks, and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Bekasi Regency.

The Head of the Bekasi Regency Culture, Youth, and Sports Agency, Iman Nugraha, representing the Acting Regent of Bekasi, said that this activity serves as a learning platform for business actors.

"The presence of various ministries, business organizations, and business practitioners demonstrates the strong support for MSME development. We hope this event will provide enthusiasm, insight, and motivation to entrepreneurs so they can continue to grow, be competitive, and capitalize on broader market opportunities," he said.

Iman said the camping concept provides learning experiences through discussions, sharing experiences, and entrepreneurship training.

The event brought together representatives from ministries, business organizations, and local governments to share business development strategies.

Iman said participants were also encouraged to build networks with the business world, including industrial areas, so that MSME products could enter the industrial supply chain.

Special Staff for Productive and Creative Economy of the Minister of Cooperatives, Ambar Pertiwi Ningrum, appreciated Bekasipreneur Camp as a meeting place for MSMEs, cooperatives, education, and the government.

According to Ambar, MSMEs and cooperatives have complementary roles in building village and sub-district economies.

"Hopefully, Bekasipreneur Camp will be the beginning of the birth of more resilient young entrepreneurs, MSMEs that will move up a class, and be able to inspire other regions in building a strong and competitive entrepreneurial ecosystem," concluded Ambar.
