PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services (PBJ) of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province conveyed the progress of procurement of goods/services for the 2026 Fiscal Year in a virtual Morning Roll Call activity at the Regional Secretariat and BPKAD of West Java Province on 28/9/2026.

The presentation was delivered by the Head of the PBJ Bureau of the West Java Provincial Secretariat, Aris Budiman, which included the development of the General Procurement Plan (RUP), the realization of procurement of goods/services, and the development of the Electronic Catalog.

"Based on data as of September 27, 2026, the RUP planning ceiling for the 2026 Fiscal Year was recorded at 12.21 trillion rupiah, with the ceiling recorded in the SiRUP being 12.14 trillion rupiah," said Aris.

Additionally, developments in the implementation of LKPP Regulation No. 2 of 2026 concerning the Electronic Catalog were presented, including the implementation of e-purchasing through mini-competitions. During the transition period of system development, regional government agencies are encouraged to continue procurement in accordance with regulations and utilize the features available in the Electronic Catalog.

Through this morning's roll call, regional officials are expected to continue to follow developments in regulations and procurement systems to support the orderly and compliant implementation of goods/services procurement.
