PORTALJABAR, SUKABUMI REGENCY - The Sukabumi Regency Government is striving to strengthen the commitment of ASN in building a clean, professional, and accountable bureaucracy, by holding the Integrity ASN Training Batch I of 2026. It was opened by the Head of BKPSDM Sukabumi Regency, Ganjar Anugrah, Monday (12/10/2026).
In his remarks, Ganjar emphasized the importance of commitment and discipline for participants to follow all stages of the training and apply the value of integrity in their daily work.
"It's important to follow this seriously until the end, not just as a ceremony," he stressed.
Ganjar reminded that integrity is tested through honesty at work, steadfastness in the face of pressure, and responsibility in carrying out mandates.
"Honesty in work is key in this case, convey and say it as it is," he added.
Ganjar also emphasized that the additional income allowance (TPP) is related to civil servant performance, not just attendance. He stated that civil servants must change their mindset and position themselves as public servants, providing professional service, and setting an example in the workplace and within the community.
Meanwhile, Jejen Hendra Permana, an Associate Expert Civil Servant Competency Development Analyst at the West Java Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM), highlighted the importance of using the results of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)'s SPI as a foundation for improving governance and strengthening a culture of integrity. He stated that civil servant performance is not only assessed by results but also by honest, objective, ethical, and accountable processes.
Let's demonstrate our integrity through concrete actions, actively prevent corruption, and diligently improve the quality of public services. (Apun)
