PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - To support the basic tasks and functions of Kodam III/Siliwangi in the West Java and Banten regions, Pangdam III/Siliwangi Major General TNI Erwin Djatniko received the handover of a Well Drilling Machine and an Ambulance Car.

The assistance given to Kodam III/Siliwangi was 5 units each of Well Drilling Machines from Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) and 1 unit of ambulance from alumni of the Indonesian Military Academy Class of 1996.

Pangdam III/Siliwangi Major General Erwin Djatniko appreciated and expressed his gratitude to BRI for the collaboration carried out to support the defense area empowerment program for Kodam III/Siliwangi by distributing Well Drilling Machines for the benefit of the people of West Java and Banten.

"I am sure that this machine will be very useful to support the Kodam III/Siliwangi program in the region, which in the near future will carry out well drilling activities in the Indramayu area," said the Military Commander, after receiving the handover at Taman Pule Kodam III/Siliwangi, Bandung City, Tuesday (27 /02/2024).

Erwin also expressed his thanks to the Indonesian Military Academy Class of 1996 for distributing Ambulance Cars to support the operations of the Kodam III/Slw Unit in the operational area.

"The idea to create an Ambulance appeared while reviewing Yonif 312/KH training in Ciwidey. "Faced with the operational field in Papua, the Ambulance Car owned by the unit will not be optimal in its operational duties," said the Military Commander

The Military Commander hopes that the assistance from the Antasena Military Academy Class of 1996 Alumni in the form of 4x4 Ambulance Cars can be utilized optimally in the field of operations and contribute to creating peace and prosperity for the community.

Meanwhile, the Head of BRI for the West Java Region, Mr. Sadmiadi, expressed his gratitude for the collaboration between Kodam III/Siliwangi and BRI which has gone well, so that BRI's CSR is realized in the form of support for 5 units of Well Drilling Machines.

"Hopefully the support for the Well Drilling Machine can be useful in supporting the Kodam III/Slw program in order to help the community overcome water difficulties in the West Java region, and BRI's collaboration with Kodam III/Slw will continue to help the community," he said. (parno)
