PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Bandung Mayor Muhammad Farhan inaugurated 169 administrators, supervisors, heads of health centers, and functional officials at the Bandung City Hall Plaza to strengthen public services and the bureaucratic performance of the Bandung City Government (22/4/2026).

A total of 169 officials were inaugurated, consisting of 136 structural officials, 15 heads of community health centers, and 18 functional officials.

This inauguration is part of the organizational refreshment so that government services to the public run faster and more effectively.

Muhammad Farhan emphasized that the position given is a form of trust that must be maintained with responsibility and integrity.

"This is a matter of trust from the state, local governments, and the public. Therefore, integrity must be the primary foundation in carrying out our duties," said Farhan.

He said the integrity of state civil servants determines the level of public trust in the government.

Rotation, transfer, and job promotions are carried out to adapt to organizational needs while improving the quality of service to citizens.

"The position held must be carried out professionally, adaptively, and enthusiastically to provide the best service to the community," said Farhan.

He asked all appointed officials to work in line with the development vision of Bandung City until 2029.

The role of sub-district heads and village heads is also emphasized as the spearhead of government services in areas that are directly related to the community.

"No job is more important than another. All are part of an integrated government system. The key is communication and collaboration," said Farhan.

Muhammad Farhan also reminded government officials to be careful when using social media to ensure the information they convey remains accurate and does not cause misunderstandings in the community.

"Use social media wisely. Don't let inaccurate information damage public trust," said Farhan.

This inauguration is expected to strengthen bureaucratic performance while improving the quality of public services for the people of Bandung City.
