PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BOGOR - Bogor Regent Iwan Setiawan again inaugurated Primary High Leadership Officials, Administrator Officials and Supervisory Officials within the Bogor Regional Government, in Multipurpose Room I, Regional Secretariat, Cibinong, Wednesday (14/11/2023).

On this occasion, Iwan Setiawan reminded his staff not to only work normatively but also to be innovative.

The inauguration was attended by the Deputy Chair of the Bogor Regency DPRD, representatives of Forkopimda, the Regional Secretary, along with officials from the Bogor Regency Government. Officials appointed include Head of Service, Head of Agency, Expert Staff, Head of District, Secretary of Service, Secretary of District, Head of Division, Head of Division, Head of Section, Head of Sub Division, and Head of UPT.

Bogor Regent, Iwan Setiawan told his staff, continue to increase capacity and competence, don't just work normatively, but develop innovation, have lots of discussions with creative circles, academics and other strategic partners, so that ideas and inspiration emerge to improve and improve public services.

"Optimize digitalization, manage data well so that activity programs are evidence-based and right on target, strengthen synergy and collaboration with strategic partners to accelerate development," said Iwan Setiawan.

Iwan Setiawan explained that every State Civil Apparatus (ASN) must have a commitment to be ready to be placed anywhere according to the organization's needs. The inauguration of this official has gone through a consideration process based on a competency assessment in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.

"I hope that this transfer of duties can be interpreted seriously as an opportunity to use the best of my abilities in running the bureaucracy, carrying out development and serving the community," explained Iwan.

He also reminded that as a leader in a work unit, you must be an initiator of change. Form a solid work system and a healthy and positive work culture, so that the organization can function optimally in achieving performance targets.

"All officials must work smartly, quickly, carefully, in accordance with applicable rules, regulations and codes of ethics," he said.

Especially for sub-district heads, continued Regent Iwan Setiawan, they must be responsive and responsive to the situation and conditions of the community. Attention to village assistance in administering transfer funds, and actively supporting priority programs such as poverty alleviation, stunting, and so on.
