PORTALJABAR, GARUT REGENCY - The Head of the Garut District Attorney's Office (Kajari), Helena Octavianne, greeted the people of Garut through the talk show "Program Jaksa Menyapa" on a well-known private radio station in Garut Regency, Jalan Raya Cimanuk, Tarogong Kidul, Wednesday (4/9/2024).

In the event, Helena invited the Indonesian people, especially Garut residents, to take part in the selection of Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS). Currently, the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia has opened 9,649 CPNS formations.

"If the difference from previous years is indeed quite large, so last year 11 thousand were received, now 9 thousand, all of that is indeed regulated by the Ministry of PAN RB as well, with state apparatus, so the prosecutor's office has opened it at this time 9,694," he said.

Helena explained that the selection of CPNS at the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia is not only for the legal field, but also includes other disciplines, including medicine, in order to meet the needs of new hospitals in the Indonesian region, especially in Ceger, Jakarta. She encouraged interested people to seek information through the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia's Instagram or register through the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) website.

As the new Kajari Garut, Helena also introduced the flagship program of the Access to Justice Post for Women and Child Protection. This program was once her mainstay when she served as Kajari Pandeglang. Her party will coordinate with the local government and related parties to ensure access to justice for female and child victims and perpetrators in handling legal cases.

"So that later, female and child victims or perpetrators will get access to justice when facing criminal or legal acts," he continued.

Helena hopes that her presence in Garut Regency can be well received by the community and is committed to carrying out her duties and developing her mandate well so that she can get support from the entire Garut Regency community. (Garut Communication and Information Service/Fauziah)
