PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BOGOR - Public visits to the Gunung Mas Puncak Rest Area are increasing after the inauguration of the Public Service Outlet (GPP).

People flocked to take advantage of public services at the GPP Rest Area Gunung Mas Puncak. Be it population administration services, business permits, help desk/consultation on business permits, tax payments, to Tourist Information Center (TIC) services, Friday (19/7/2024).

For information, there are 200 people applying for public services at GPP Gunung Mas Puncak per day.

Head of DPMPTSP Bogor Regency, Irwan Purnawan, said that since it opened on July 8 2024, public interest in the services available at GPP Gunung Mas has been very high.

He said that public visits to the Gunung Mas Puncak Rest Area were increasing, because the rest area, which was originally just a place to stop by, had now become a destination for the public to provide public services. Whether it's taking care of permits, population administration, paying taxes and others.

"Thank God, up to 200 people per day carry out public services at GPP. In the future, we will continue to complete the GPP facilities and infrastructure so that people are more comfortable. "Be it a waiting room, there will be a child-friendly waiting room, as well as increasing the number of personnel so that service can be maximized," he said.

One of the residents of Cisarua District who is carrying out public services, Dian, stated that the presence of the GPP in the Gunung Mas Puncak Rest Area was very helpful, so that she did not need to go all the way to Cibinong to take care of population administration.

"Today I want to make a deed, thank God I can take care of it at the GPP Rest Area Gunung Mas Puncak close to home, it really helps us both in terms of time and costs. "Maybe we ask that the waiting room facilities be more optimized so that we don't stand in queues, especially for those bringing children, there should be a playground," he said.
