PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - West Java residents can now access the Imah Aing feature in the Sapawarga app. This feature can be used to submit requests for repairs to uninhabitable houses (rutilahu) to the West Java Provincial Government (Pemprov)

West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi stated that, based on social media monitoring, there are still many uninhabitable houses in West Java. However, not all of them have been registered as eligible for rehabilitation by the West Java Provincial Government.

Therefore, to ensure the registration of uninhabitable houses in West Java, the public is encouraged to report their homes in need of repair. This feature makes it easier for the public to access assistance for uninhabitable house repairs.

"Please take advantage of this access to resolve various housing unfitness issues," said Dedi, Friday (14/8/2026).

Residents who wish to apply for repairs to their uninhabitable houses need to prepare some data to be entered into the Imah Aing feature, such as the prospective aid recipient's identity card (KTP), home address and coordinates, aid recipient's mobile phone number, and photos of the uninhabitable house (front, left, right, back).

The West Java Provincial Government is carrying out repairs to uninhabitable houses at no cost to the public. Therefore, residents can benefit from free home repair assistance. Having a decent home can improve the quality of life of the people of West Java.
