PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Various craft products from West Java will be displayed at the 2026 West Java Craft Week at Trans Studio Mall on June 26-28, 2026. Visitors can see clothes, jewelry, home decor items, bags, shoes and other interesting craft products at the event.
West Java Dekranasda Chair Noneng Komara Nengsih confirmed that the products on display were the best crafts, curated by the committee. They included items made from bamboo, rattan, wood, stone, textiles, natural fibers, and even glass.
The craftsmen will also offer special prices at this event so visitors don't need to worry about breaking the bank.
West Java Crafts Week is an annual event held by the West Java Provincial Government. Noneng said this year's event will feature something different, including workshops showcasing the craft-making process from start to finish. Visitors can learn how to make handicrafts.
If you want to know more about a particular product, visitors can take a tour directly to the craft production site.
"There are trips to see leather tanning and batik making. Visitors go directly to the artisans' workshops," said Noneng, Monday (June 22, 2026).
The event, themed "Special Textiles, Stylish Traditions," will also feature a fashion show.
Noneng hopes that the various activities presented will attract the interest of the public, including young people, in West Javanese craft products.
"Hopefully, young people will be inspired after seeing this, wanting to develop their businesses, collaborate with existing businesses, and of course, buy the products," said Noneng.
Not only will the 2026 West Java Craft Week be a platform for product sales, it will also be an opportunity for various stakeholders to exchange ideas and observe West Javanese craft innovations.
So, don't miss this weekend's event! Admission to the 2026 West Java Crafts Week is free.
