PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Higher Education Institutions (PT) must carry out reforms. So the challenge for PT in the future is how to produce students who are digitally literate, so that they can become the main drivers of technology both in learning and others.

This was conveyed by the Chancellor of the University of Indonesia Developing (INABA) Dr. Mochammad Mukti Ali, event after the graduation of around 600 INABA students at Harris Hotel & Convention Bandung, Saturday (28/10/2023).

"We created a technology-based e-commerce platform, namely to train our students to start entrepreneurship in accordance with our mission to become a university," said Ali.

"We train them from the start on how they do business and so on. Through the e-commerce platform that we created, namely pasinaja.id," he added.

According to Mukti, to support this direction, they failed to provide certificates and increase the competence of the dosers. Collaborating with the American Academy to provide competency to lecturers in their respective fields.

“We budget for all lecturers every year. "We budget for several lecturers, so they take turns so they have competence," he said.

Meanwhile, Chairman of the Association of Indonesian Private Universities, Budi Djatmiko, expressed his appreciation to INABA University for collaborating with digital platforms.

"This step is in line with the industrial revolution 4.0 era, where the current learning concept is different from the past," said Budi.

"Inaba was able to create contributions and MoUs with external parties to support digital technology-based learning. "This is something that other universities rarely do," he added.

Budi stated that what INABA is doing is using contemporary learning concepts that must be massive. Because learning based on this learning management system will be the main learning.

“Because of wall-based learning, campuses will close. "Virtual-based campuses will be born, which use massive online open source and house concepts," he said.
