PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - West Java Provincial Secretary Herman Suryatman encouraged bank bjb to continue making continuous, gradual, and consistent improvements to enhance both performance and customer service. According to Herman, excellent customer service is paramount and crucial.

"In other words, if existing customers express satisfaction, thank God, but there must be 'continuous improvement ,'" said Herman during a visit to the bank bjb KCP Tamansari office, Bandung City, Friday (4/9/2026).

The visit, which was conducted to commemorate National Customer Day, aims to ensure that excellent service for bjb bank customers continues to run continuously.

Herman thanked and appreciated the customers who had loyally trusted Bank bjb in their banking matters.

"Today coincides with National Customer Day, and 'a customer's smile is my smile too,'" said Herman.

One customer, Irsan, described the service he'd experienced at Bank bjb as highly satisfying. He said he'd been a Bank bjb customer since 1993. During that time, he'd built savings and received loans from Bank bjb.

"Thank God, the service is friendly, fast, accurate, responsive, concise, easy, and safe. You can even just call to ask this or that, it's easy," he said.

Another customer, Wawa Gunawan, revealed that the service he received as a disabled person, a wheelchair user, was also very satisfying.

From the moment you enter the bjb Tamansari branch building, security officers are always on standby to help and accompany you through your business at the bank that is the pride of West Java residents.

"It was extraordinary. The service was friendly, the tellers, and the security were always on standby. They were not only helpful to regular customers, but also to those with disabilities. On a scale of 0-100, I'd give them a 99.9," said Wawa Gunawan, who is also one of West Java's leading Paralympic athletes.

On that occasion, the Mayor of Bandung, Muhammad Farhan, also conveyed that the residents of Bandung City were very happy with the excellent service of Bank bjb, both retail services, disability services, including for MSME credit.

"For example, this batik I'm wearing. It's a creation of a bjb bank MSME customer. It's called 'Putri Dago' batik," Farhan concluded.
