PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil) of Bandung City continues to innovate in providing excellent services in the field of population and civil registration for the community.

In order to facilitate and bring services closer to the community, the Bandung City Population and Civil Registry Office has spread its location points to 30 sub-district offices in the city of Bandung, Geulis (Special Service Outlets) at four points: Festival Citylink Mall, BTC Fashion Mall, Metro Indah Mall, and the Bandung City DPRD, Mepeling, Bi Eha and Mang Udin mobile services, and Salaman (Done in Your Hand) online services.

The following is information about the services we provide at each location:

1. Bandung City Population and Civil Registry Office

It is the main office of the Bandung City Disdukcapil which serves all residents of Bandung City. All services (except legalization services and complaint information services) must be done by registering for WhatsApp/Telegram first using e-SPASI aka the queue registration system via WhatsApp/Telegram. The following are the types of services available at the Bandung City Disdukcapil office:

5. Second Citation of Deed (Deed lost/damaged)

2. Bandung City Population and Civil Registry Office
In each Sub-district Office, 2 SIAK operators are assigned to serve local sub-district residents with the following types of services:

- Electronic ID card
- Family card
- Letter of Moving Out Between Sub-districts and Districts in Bandung City
- Legalization services for KK and electronic KTP

3. Beautiful
There is also Geulis (Special Service Outlet) which is an outlet that serves adminduk located in Citylink Mall, BTC Fashion Mall, Metro Indah Mall, and DPRD Kota Bandung. The following are the types of services available at Geulis:

- Geulis FCL (Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Child Identity Card, Electronic KTP Recording)
- Geulis BTC (Birth Certificate, Child Identity Card, Electronic KTP Recording)
- Geulis MIM (Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Child Identity Card, Electronic KTP Recording)
- Geulis DPRD (Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Child Identity Card, Electronic KTP Recording)

4. Mepeling
This mobile service is specifically for residents of the sub-district where the mepeling operates. The mepeling schedule is updated every week which is informed through social media Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. The following are the services provided in mepeling:

- Birth certificate
- Death Certificate
- Electronic KTP recording
- Child Identity Card
-SKTS (Temporary Residence Certificate)

5. Shake hands

With the tagline "done in your hands", Salaman can take care of population documents online, accessed anywhere, anytime, and all finished in the palm of your smartphone. The types of services available in the Salaman application are:

- Birth Certificate Extract
- Child Identity Card
- Death Certificate Quote
- Population Migration
- Separate Family Card
- Data Repair
- Identity card
- Family card
- Temporary Residence Certificate

6. Bi Eha and Mang Udin

In order to reach people with special needs, such as the elderly, disabled, and seriously ill, the Population and Civil Registry Office provides outreach services with Bi Eha (Can Be Great, Euy) and Mang Udin (Please Take Care of Your Identity Documents).

The Bi Eha and Mang Udin Team will travel to remote areas in Bandung City to record e-KTP directly at the locations of people with special needs.
