PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - For prospective new students (CMB) who are registered in the Economically Disadvantaged Family (KETM) Decile 1 category, the system will automatically provide recommendations for educational units (schools).

However, if they do not choose a recommended school, then the CMB, parents, or guardians are required to fill out a data collection form as a form of statement of rejection of the recommendation.

Filling out the form can be done via the link https://forms.gle/uwjpk4bKEGT1Qv7c8

In addition to filling out the form, CMB, parents, or guardians are also required to upload a statement letter rejecting the school recommendation that has been filled out, signed, and stamped with a Rp. 10,000 stamp.

Once the forms and documents are received, the SPMB IT Team will periodically mark the data in the system at minimum hourly intervals, depending on conditions. Once this process is complete, access to select schools, majors, or other pathways will be reopened on the CMB account.

The West Java Provincial Education Office urges all CMBs and parents/guardians to ensure all requirements are filled out completely so that the registration process can run smoothly in accordance with applicable regulations.

For further information, CMBs can regularly monitor their PCMB/SPMB accounts or contact the SPMB information service through their respective regional Education Office (KCD) Branch Offices. (Apun)
