PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Bandung City Hall, Jalan Wastukacana, was filled with sports communities who are members of the Spartan Command (Sparko), Sunday (31/3/2024)

Around 150 members of this community are ngabuburit, aka waiting for the Maghrib call to prayer while exercising at Bandung City Hall. This activity was special because Lt. Col. Eka Wira Dharmawan alias King Sparko was present.

This TNI AD officer who graduated from Kopassus, invited the people of Bandung City to continue exercising to maintain endurance and health.

"The hope is that this activity can be emulated, and can also stimulate our bodies to keep moving to maintain better health and fitness," he said.

He revealed that Bandung City Hall was chosen because the place is spacious and comfortable.

"I chose Bandung City Hall because of the large number of personnel who train and the enthusiasm is extraordinary," said King, his nickname.

King added that this activity also strengthened friendship, shared knowledge about fitness and motivated each other.

"This activity is also shared with the participants or members to break fast together. We also take the time to share sports, to maintain fitness or motivation in living this life, we create a family atmosphere," said King.

This 2003 Military Academy graduate hopes that Sparko in Bandung will become more solid and inspire many people.

"Hopefully there will be positive interactions again, the participants who are members of Sparko in Bandung will be even more solid and inspiring," he explained.

"This exercise 'purely' strengthens muscles. Such as body weights, squats, push ups and so on, with appropriate portions," said King. (Diskominfo Bandung City)
