PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. GARUT - The Garut Regency Personnel and Training Agency (BKD) held an Assistance Event for the Preparation of Employee Performance Targets (SKP) for 2024, taking place at the Harmoni Hotel Ballroom, Garut Regency, Thursday (18/1/2024).

This activity was attended by Heads of Field Evaluation Subdivisions (Evlap), Heads of General Subdivisions, Functional Positions (JF) Evlap, or JF Planners from each Regional Apparatus (PD).

Head of BKD Garut Regency, Jajat Darajat, emphasized the importance of Evlap's role in government, because without Evlap, government management would be hampered. Evlap is key in all PD, because Evlap monitors movements from start to finish, from planning to supervision.

"If the management of EVlap is not this way then the government will not work," he said.

Jajat added that preparing the SKP is the responsibility of all State Civil Apparatus (ASN), with the hope that the SKP can be implemented according to plan. The results of this SKP are expected to have a positive impact not only for individuals, but also for organizations and related officials.

Head of Garut Regency BKD Apparatus Performance Assessment and Awards Division, Heri Hermansyah, added that this event aims to strengthen and equalize perceptions regarding the preparation of SKP. According to him, this activity is not only the responsibility of the Head of General Subdivision or JF Personnel, but also JF Planning.

"This must be in synergy between the two, especially now, if we use the BKN e-performance application for employee work targets. And there are additional new features, continue to communicate this to all employees," he said.

Heri emphasized the importance of integration between various functions, especially in using the updated BKN e-kinerja application. He hopes that this year's SKP will not only be a benchmark for individual performance, but also as part of the control process for achieving regional development performance.

"With this SKP we want to better monitor development achievements, the target is where the achievements have reached, we can monitor each month through the SKP," he said. (Diskominfo Garut/UPI)
