PORTALJABAR, CIAMIS REGENCY - The Ciamis Regency Government, through the Communication and Informatics Agency (Diskominfo), is promoting Superdesa Version 2 to integrate digital village services.
The Superdesa V.2 socialization took place on Friday (4/9/2026) as a step to expand the use of technology in village governance and public services.
Head of the Ciamis Communication and Information Service, Enda Hidayat, explained that Superdesa is a website-based application that simplifies village government administration services.
"This Superdesa was prepared by the Ciamis Regency Communications and Information Service to be utilized optimally by the village," said Head of the Service, Enda.
Superdesa has two main platforms, namely government administration services and village information systems that are developed in an integrated manner.
In the second version, Superdesa is prepared to be connected to population services through the Silancar application and the Helo Ciamis application ecosystem.
The Superdesa V.2 update includes the development of a technology foundation to address scalability, integration, data security, and interface challenges.
The Single Portal concept unites three main modules, namely E-Office, Silancar, and Village Website in one digital ecosystem.
The E-Office module helps record village apparatus personnel data while managing electronic correspondence administration in a more orderly and easily trackable manner.
The Silancar Module provides population administration services that are projected to be connected to the Population and Civil Registration Service.
These services include submitting and tracking population documents, such as Family Cards, electronic ID cards, birth certificates, and death certificates.
Meanwhile, the Village Website provides a public information portal to convey official news, village statistics, and superior potential to the community.
Village governments can also utilize the Village Website to promote micro, small, and medium enterprise products and the potential of tourism villages.
Website-based, Superdesa allows village officials to access services through a browser without the need to install multiple separate systems.
Integration with the Helo Ciamis application also makes it easier for the public to access public information, village news, and administrative services via mobile phones.
The public will be able to monitor village document information and services at any time without having to search for the site address separately.
The development of Superdesa V.2 is expected to support more transparent, accountable, integrated, and technology-based village governance.
