PORTALJABAR, BEKASI REGENCY - The Bekasi Regency Government presented the 2026 Corporate Social Responsibility Awards to companies, industrial areas, foundations, and local heroes who contributed to regional development and community welfare at the Swatantra Wibawa Mukti Building, Central Cikarang (2/7/2026).
The award encourages businesses to deliver programs that have a real impact in the fields of education, health, the environment, economic empowerment, and infrastructure development.
Bekasi Regency Regional Secretary Endin Samsudin said that investment growth needs to be accompanied by social awareness so that the benefits of development can be felt by the community.
"Therefore, CSR is a social investment that can provide real benefits to society through improving the quality of education, health, environmental sustainability, economic empowerment, and infrastructure development," he said.
Endin stated that the Corporate Social Responsibility budget for 2025 increased by 10.63 percent compared to the previous year.
The number of Corporate Social Responsibility partners will also increase from 114 partners in 2024 to 129 partners in 2025, representing a 13.16 percent increase.
This increase shows that more and more companies are participating in supporting regional development programs according to community needs.
"Through this CSR Awards, the Bekasi Regency Government is recognizing companies and CSR partners who have delivered the best programs, achieved real impact, were on target, and aligned with regional development priorities," he added.
Endin hopes that this award will encourage the birth of more Corporate Social Responsibility programs that are innovative, measurable, sustainable, and provide broad benefits to the community.
He also appreciated all award recipients for their contributions in supporting the development of Bekasi Regency.
