PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The atmosphere of togetherness and enthusiasm to support Persib Bandung was warm during the joint viewing (nobar) activity at the III/Siliwangi Military Regional Command Headquarters (Makodam) (2/5/2025) when Persib faced Malut United.

Although the match ended in a narrow 0–1 defeat, this activity marked a close collaboration between the Bandung City Government, Kodam III/Siliwangi, and the largest bobotoh community, Viking Persib Club.

Commander of the III/Siliwangi Military Command Major General (Mayjen) TNI Dadang Arif Abdurahman stated that his headquarters is ready to become an official venue for public viewing every time Persib plays away.

"I hope this joint viewing activity can become a habit, every time Persib is away, we watch here, but with the condition that we must be orderly," said the Pangdam in front of hundreds of bobotoh, TNI members, and the general public.

This commitment was enthusiastically welcomed by the Mayor of Bandung who also attended the event.

He said that this collaboration was not just about football, but also about strengthening the bonds of brotherhood between Bandung residents in a safe and orderly atmosphere.

"Alhamdulillah, tonight's hosting by the Commander of the Military Region went smoothly, even though the victory was delayed, the championship party was delayed, but God willing, as we always believe, never be careless," said the Mayor of Bandung.

The Mayor is also optimistic that Persib will secure the championship title during the home game on (9/5/2025).

He also announced that the joint screening will be held again at the Military Command Headquarters for the next away match on (16/5/2025).

"On the 16th, the Commander said, we will watch it together again at the Siliwangi Military Command, thank you, Commander," he added.

The presence of the Viking community in this activity is a strong sign that bobotoh are not only active in the stadium, but also play a role in maintaining order and strengthening the spirit of unity in public activities.

This joint viewing activity is real proof that collaboration between the local government, TNI/Polri, and the supporter community can create a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable space to celebrate the love for Persib Bandung.
