BOGOR - The Bogor Regency Regional Government (Pemdakab) through the Bogor Regency Communication and Information Service (Diskominfo) provides 10 free public wifi facilities in the Gunung Mas Puncak Rest Area to provide comfort for traders and visitors to the rest area as well as supporting non-cash or digital payment facilities. Head of the Bogor Regency Diskominfo, Bayu Ramawanto, said that 10 free WiFi points were installed spread out in the Gunung Mas Puncak Rest Area, which covers the entire rest area with speeds of up to 100 mbps.

"We call this free WiFi BOFFI (Bogorkab Free Wifi), we give both the ID and password to both traders and visitors. This is also our effort to help traders who will implement non-cash payments, and optimize services at public service outlets rest area. So that the signal remains stable and well maintained, we continue to monitor it," he said.

One of the Gunung Mas Puncak Lina Rest Area traders admitted that he was greatly helped by the public wifi provided by the Bogor Regency Communication and Information Office.

"Thank God, with this free public wifi, now payments are not only cash but can be done using digital payments. Hopefully visitors will feel more comfortable eating here and it will be more crowded," he said.
