
PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BOGOR - Acting (Acting) Regent of Bogor Asmawa Tosepu together with the Director of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus) West Java Regional Police, conducted a direct inspection of the Gadog Security Post (Pospam), Ciawi District, Monday (15/4/24).
Asmawa Tosepu said that based on direct monitoring at Pospam Gadog, the overall return flow was in a smooth and disorganized condition. There are several points of accumulation of vehicles but they can be handled well so that they continue to run smoothly.
He said that the peak of the homecoming flow occurred several days ago. Three days ago, there were 130 thousand vehicles both going up and down from the peak, based on monitoring as of this afternoon it reached two thousand vehicles crossing the peak area.
"Thank God, I, together with the Ditreskrimsus Polda Jabar, Kapolres, Deputy Kapolres and the ranks of the Bogor Police, together with the Head of the Communication and Information and Transportation Department carried out monitoring at Pospam Gadog, the overall condition is smooth. Hopefully this will continue to run smoothly considering that tomorrow, even though there is a circular from the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, some of them have already returned to work "returning to normal, the holiday period is over today," explained Asmawa Tosepu.
Asmawa Tosepu also hopes that homecoming travelers in Bogor Regency will arrive home healthy and safe.
Asmawa said that the smooth and disorganized flow of both homecoming and returning flows, especially those crossing the Puncak area, was driven by several factors.
"Thank you to the ranks of the TNI, Polri and community members who volunteer together to ensure a smooth journey for both homecoming travelers and tourists who come to Puncak, Bogor Regency. Then thank you to the community members as well as motorists who always obey traffic regulations and remain patient. ," he explained.
Asmawa invites the public to come together to maintain cleanliness in all tourist attractions in Bogor Regency, including the roads they pass.
"So the culture of clean living, the culture of throwing rubbish in its place, is always conveyed so that Bogor Regency, especially in tourist areas, can maintain its cleanliness," he said.
