PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Bandung City Government (Pemkot) in collaboration with the Bandung City National Narcotics Agency (BNN) is holding urine tests for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Bandung City Government, including the Cipta Karya Bina Construction Service (Disbuatbintar), the Resources Service Water Power and Highways (DSDABM), and the One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service (DPMPTSP)

A total of 537 ASNs underwent urine tests, consisting of 229 ASNs from Disbuatbintar, 226 ASNs from the Water Resources and Highways Department DSDABM, and 82 ASNs DPMPTSP.

Acting Regional Secretary (Sekda) for the City of Bandung, Dharmawan, said that this activity was a series of employee training held by the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) in order to maintain the performance of ASN while on duty serving the community.

"We want to remind ASN colleagues that discipline and integrity are an important part of carrying out their duties," he said, Tuesday (23/7/2024).

"We hope that our colleagues will provide services to the community in prime condition. "Providing services must be in good physical and spiritual health," he said.

Head of Bandung City BKPSDM, Adi Junjunan Mustafa, said that this coaching activity was regularly held by the Bandung City Government.

Adi also revealed that the target for urine testing within the Bandung City Government in 2024 is targeting 1,500 ASN. In this case, BKPSDM Bandung City will collaborate with BNN Bandung City.

"We didn't announce it. We want (urine tests) to be held as is. "The outcome is that employees can provide excellent service, are ready to be good public servants, and maintain the honor of ASN," he said.
