PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Bandung City Regional Government won two awards at the 79th Anniversary of West Java Province which was held at Gasibu Field, Monday (19/8/2024).

The two awards are the best poverty data management performance at the district/city level in West Java Province in 2024 in the category of Best Poverty Data Management Innovation at the district/city level and Prima Adminduk Supervisor in the category of district/city with high population density in West Java Province.

The award was presented by Acting Governor of West Java Bey Machmudin and received directly by Acting Mayor of Bandung Bambang Tirtoyuliono.

After receiving the award, Bambang said that this was proof of real work and appreciation from the province for the performance of the Bandung City Government in managing poverty data and organizing Adminduk Prima.

"This is a reminder for us to manage poverty data much better, that is the important point. Secondly, in the governance of population administration, this is the motivation for how our data must be truly real," said Bambang.

Related to poverty data management, Bambang said, Integration and one database are one of the keys to poverty alleviation. With the same data, program interventions in poverty alleviation can be implemented optimally.

The Bandung City Government has created an innovation in the One-Stop Social Welfare Service system or Yes! Jitu. An integrated social service platform based on single data.

Bambang said that this system innovation not only includes personal data such as name, address, and age, but also 'by problem' for each Bandung City resident who needs it, listed in this application.

Meanwhile, related to Adminduk, in order to facilitate and bring services closer to the community, the Bandung City Disdukcapil has spread its location points to 30 sub-district offices in the city of Bandung, Geulis (Special Service Outlets) at four points: Festival Citylink Mall, BTC Fashion Mall, Metro Indah Mall, and the Bandung City DPRD, Mepeling, Bi Eha & Mang Udin mobile services, and Salaman (Done in Your Hand) online services.

On behalf of the Bandung City Government, Bambang congratulated the 79th Anniversary of West Java Province. He hopes that the 79th anniversary can make West Java Province even brighter.

"Hopefully at the age of 79, development and positive trends in West Java can continue to increase. West Java Lights Up, Indonesia Advances," he said.

Meanwhile, Acting Governor of West Java, Bey Machmudin said, the spirit of Bandung Lautan Api inspired the celebration of the 79th Anniversary of West Java Province. According to him, the fire of spirit that burns in Bandung Lautan Api must be a momentum in increasing development in West Java.
