PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The West Java Provincial Government together with the DPRD agreed to approve the 2025 fiscal year APBD.
The approval of the 2025 West Java Regional Budget was approved in the Plenary Meeting for Approval of the 2025 Fiscal Year Regional Budget Draft Regulation into a Regional Regulation at the West Java DPRD Building, Jalan Diponegoro, Bandung City, Friday (8/11/2024) evening.
Acting Governor Bey Machmudin appreciated the approval being made earlier than the deadline of November 30, 2024.
"Alhamdulillah, the 2025 APBD Draft Regional Regulation has been jointly approved today. This joint approval can even be done three weeks earlier than the deadline, which is no later than November 30, 2024," said Bey Machmudin.
Bey thanked the leadership, members, and the DPRD Budget Agency, the Regional Government Budget Team, and regional apparatus so that the 2025 APBD could be approved.
The completion of the complex drafting of the 2025 RAPBD until it was approved is the legacy of Bey Machmudin's performance as Acting Governor of West Java, which will soon be filled again by the definitive governor resulting from the November 27, 2024 gubernatorial election.
On the one hand, this is historic for the newly elected members of the West Java DPRD for the 2024-2029 period.
"Personally, I am very grateful today to have completed one of the duties of the Acting Governor," he said.
According to Bey, the 2025 APBD that has been approved brings great responsibility for the Provincial Government and DPRD to oversee next year's development with their respective functions and roles.
"I am optimistic that the development of West Java 2025 will run according to plan and can provide real benefits to the community," he said.
The 2025 West Java Regional Budget posture approved regional income of IDR 30.99 trillion, sourced from PAD, budget transfers from the Center, and other regional income.
Meanwhile, regional spending of IDR 31.07 trillion consists of operational spending, capital spending, unexpected spending, and transfer spending to districts and cities.
Financing, projected regional financing receipts of IDR 693.39 billion, all of which come from the remaining budget calculations (Silpa) from the previous budget year.
Meanwhile, regional financing expenditure of Rp616.81 billion was used for regional capital participation of Rp50 billion and payment of principal installments of maturing debt of Rp566.81 billion. So that net financing was obtained at Rp76.58 billion.
