PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BEKASI - The Bekasi Regency Regional Government (Pemdakab) has officially launched the Online New Student Admissions (PPDB) Feature for Middle School level for the 2024-2045 Academic Year on the Bekasi Nyambung Bae (Bebunge) 2.0 public service super application.

The launch of the PPDB Online feature on the Bebunge public service super application was realized through the signing of the PPDB Online Integrity Pact for the 2024-2025 Academic Year in the Hall of the Communication and Informatics Service (Diskominfo), Bekasi Regional Government Complex, Central Cikarang, Friday (7/6/2024).

Acting (Acting) Regent of Bekasi Dani Ramdan said the online PPDB feature via the Bebunge application can be accessed 24 hours every day.

“Yes, the incoming and outgoing access authority is managed by the Education Office. Meanwhile, Diskominfosantik (Diskominfo) is responsible for the reliability of the Bebunge application. "We also prepare personnel who are on standby 24 hours and easy to contact," said Dani Ramdan.

Apart from that, he continued, very competent and expert consultants were also prepared to handle digital problems quickly.

Head of the Bekasi Regency Education Service, Imam Faturochman, said that every PPDB process is carried out objectively, transparently and accountably. Applicants can see the student admission process directly through the Bebunge application.

"If there are problems, we will wait a while. Later, when registration starts, there will also be a hotline service, both email and WhatsApp number, that can be contacted," he said.

Imam hopes that the implementation of online PPDB in Bekasi Regency can run smoothly, especially with additional support from the regional government through special features on the Bebunge application.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Bekasi Regency Diskominfo, Yanyan Akhmad Kurnia, confirmed that the Bebunge application being built will make it very easy for people to register their children online.

To maintain the application, he said, the IT (Information Technology) Team will intensively carry out digital monitoring, so that it can overcome various attacks that cause human system errors.

"The application will continue to be monitored by the IT Team to fend off digital attacks from outside, that is our (Diskominfosantik) task." "Meanwhile, security in implementation is the duty of the Education Department (Disdik) as the manager," he said.

Yanyan added that Diskominfo completely handed over the management of the online PPDB application features to the Bekasi Regency Education Office. Where operator officers from the Education Service will verify all provisions relating to the 2024 PPDB.

"We are tasked with building the application. After building it, we hand over the entire infrastructure to the Education Department. "The Bebunge application itself applies the Google Earth system so it can be accessed on cellphones," he added.
