PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - To improve the ability of village officials to manage finances optimally, as well as being aware and understanding of the law, the Bogor Regency Regional Government is conducting Technical Guidance (Bimtek) for Legal Counseling and Financial Management in Bogor Regency Village Villages in 2023, at the Ibis Bandung Trans Studio Hotel Hotel, Monday (18/12/2023).

Representing the Regent of Bogor, Head of DPMD Bogor Regency, Reynaldi Yushab explained, based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, he has given full trust to villages to manage budgets from various sources, be it village funds from the central government, financial assistance from the provincial government, BHPRD , allocation of village funds, CSR, production bonuses, infrastructure financial assistance through the One Billion One Village (Samisade) program from the Bogor District Government.

"With such great authority, quality resources from competent village officials are very necessary. "So that more optimal management of village financial administration is an absolute thing to do in order to develop implementers with greater responsibility and trust," he said.

The Head of DPMD explained that through this technical guidance, it is hoped that all Village Government officials can manage financial assistance optimally and refer to the results of village deliberations, implementing a labor-intensive pattern. Transparent and accountable financial management starting from planning, budgeting, implementation, reporting and accountability so that it is useful according to goals and expectations.

“And it is done carefully and carefully. "It should be remembered that the activities that fund financial assistance, one of which, especially Samisade, is broadcast by the public, mass media, NGOs, and monitored by law enforcement officers," he said.

Then, Chairperson of APDESI Bogor Regency, Tini Prihartini explained, this technical guidance is very important, considering that village heads have so many duties, including providing services to the community and also being entrusted by the government to manage village finances, the management of which must be in accordance with the operational guidelines and regulations. Technical guidelines that have been determined by the central government and regional governments.

"Hopefully this activity can increase the insight and knowledge of village officials in managing finances. It will also be a means of friendship between Village Heads throughout Bogor Regency who are members of the APDESI forum," he added. (rdp*)
