
PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BOGOR - The Bogor Regency Regional Government (Pemdakab) together with the Bogor Regency Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) signed a joint memorandum of agreement regarding the General Policy of the APBD (KUA) and Temporary Budget Ceiling Priorities (PPAS) for the 2024 fiscal year. The signing was carried out at the Plenary Meeting, in the DPRD Plenary Meeting Room, Cibinong, Monday (30/10/2023).
The signing was carried out by the Daily Executive (Plh) of the Bogor Regent, Burhanudin together with the Chairman of the Bogor Regency DPRD, Rudy Susmanto. The meeting was chaired by the Chair of the Bogor Regency DPRD, attended by the Deputy Chair of the DPRD, members of the DPRD, representatives of Forkopimda and the Bogor District Government.
Apart from that, there are two other Plenary Meeting agendas, namely the submission of two Draft Regional Regulations, namely the Draft Regional Regulation on Facilitation for the Implementation of Islamic Boarding Schools and the Draft Regional Regulation on the Regional Spatial Plan for Bogor Regency for 2023-2043. Pls. The Regent of Bogor, Burhanudin, appreciated the leadership and members of the DPRD for various suggestions and input during intensive discussions at the Budget Agency level with all regional officials, so that the KUA PPAS for the 2024 fiscal year could be mutually agreed upon.
"In the 2024 KUA PPAS memorandum of agreement, policies are focused on public services and supporting the achievement of development priorities for both the central or provincial government and regional governments contained in the 2024-2026 Regional Development Plan (RPD) document according to regional financial capabilities," he said.
Burhanudin continued, in order to improve the quality of regional spending in the APBD and support the acceleration of achieving development targets, the Bogor Regional Government together with the DPRD prioritized allocations to the main budget compared to supporting spending.
"The Bogor Regency Government together with the DPRD have also determined the direction of regional economic policy, namely strengthening supporting regulations, providing infrastructure to support economic development, optimizing regional income and increasing cooperation that encourages economic strengthening," he said.
Burhanudin also expressed his deepest gratitude to the leadership and all members of the DPRD who had given positive responses to the submission of two Raperda and one request for ruislag which were submitted on the Plenary Meeting agenda. (rdp*)
