Bogor District Government Holds Bureaucratic Reform Roadshow, Improves Public Services

PORTALJABAR, BOGOR REGENCY - In order to create quality State Civil Apparatus (ASN), the Bogor Regency Government (Pemdakab) conducted a 2024 Bureaucratic Reform (RB) Roadshow which took place at the Bogor Regency Education Office. The activity took place on Monday (10/21/2024).

Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Bogor Regency, Ajat Rochmat Jatnika, said that through this activity he wanted to invite all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to jointly build a mindset on how to provide optimal service to the community and be oriented towards community development and welfare.

"The success of regional development lies with the team, of course we as ASN are the driving force of the government system in supporting the performance of regional leaders," he said.

Then, Head of Organization Section of Bogor Regency Secretariat Susi Hastuti stated that today's activity was very positive and hopefully it will be an inspiration for all regional apparatuses, so that ASN can be more aware of improving governance.

"Hopefully this activity can improve governance and increase the acceleration of organizational performance achievement for both units and regional governments," said Susi.

Furthermore, the Head of the Bogor Regency Education Office, Bambang W Tawekal, expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the direction and guidance related to Bureaucratic Reform by the Bogor Regency Regional Secretary.

Some of the directions given were detention and recommendations, the essence of which was towards improving how ASN can provide services to the community according to their respective fields of duty.

"We are committed with our friends in the Education Office to carry out according to our abilities, in providing the best service for the community as well as improving the quality of the performance of the Bogor Regency Education Office," he added.
