PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BOGOR - Bogor Regional Government commemorates the Isra Mi'raj of Prophet Muhammad Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam (SAW) as a form of increasing faith and devotion to Allah SWT and imitating the Prophet. This commemoration was held at the Tegar Beliman Building, Cibinong, Wednesday (28/2/2024) with tausiyah from Ustad Hilman Fauzi

Representing Acting Assistant Regent for Government and People's Welfare, Zaenal Ashari, said that the events of Isra Mi'raj will not be forgotten by Muslims because they are the historical source of the order for the five daily prayers received by the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wassalam to be passed on to all his people.

"It is hoped that our presence in commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad's Isra Mi'raj will bring us closer together, increase our faith, obedience and devotion to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala and his apostles," said Zaenal.

Zaenal explained that the Bogor Regency Government always supports and fosters Islamic da'wah or spreading activities, as an effort to create social piety in society and create a civilized Bogor Regency as envisioned.

"For the Bogor Regency Government, spiritual moral strength is very important as the basic capital for carrying out development and realizing the vision of the Most Advanced, Comfortable and Civilized Bogor Regency," explained Zaenal Ashari.

Also present were representatives of Forkopimda, Head of the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) of the sub-district level, representatives of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) of Bogor Regency, religious leaders, the Team for Empowerment and Family Welfare (TP-PKK) of Bogor Regency, Dharma Wanita PBB of Bogor Regency, along with the ranks of ASN within the Bogor Regional Government.
