PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BOGOR - Bogor Regional Government received the highest quality opinion in the 2023 public service delivery assessment from the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (RI).

Obtained a score of 96.15 points, namely category A or green zone with the highest quality opinion.

Acting Regent of Bogor, Asmawa Tosepu received the results of the assessment of the implementation of public services directly from the Head of the Ombudsman representing Greater Jakarta, Dedy Irsan, in the Bogor Regent's Meeting Room, Cibinong, Tuesday (14/5/2024).

The results of the assessment of the implementation of public services were carried out in several service units within the Bogor Regional Government.

The locus unit for assessing public service delivery includes the UPT Puskesmas Citeureup with a score of 98.99 in category A (green zone), the highest quality opinion. UPT Cimandala Community Health Center with a score of 97.47 category A (green zone) highest quality opinion.

Social Service with a score of 97.35 category A (green zone) highest quality opinion. Health Service with a score of 96.76 category A (green zone) highest quality opinion.

Furthermore, the Population and Civil Registration Service with a score of 95.61 in category A (green zone) has the highest quality opinion. Department of Education with a score of 94.29 in category A (green zone), the highest quality opinion. One-Stop Integrated Services and Investment Service with a score of 92.55 category A (green zone) highest quality opinion.

Asmawa Tosepu revealed that in 2022, the assessment results for public services in Bogor Regency will be 79.53 points, in the green zone with a high quality opinion.

In 2023, the assessment results for public services in Bogor Regency will increase significantly to 96.15 points, being in the green zone with the highest quality opinion.

"Thus, there are improvements and enhancements apart from compliance with the implementation of public services, in the performance evaluation assessment of the implementation of public services, assessment of monitoring and evaluation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) and the results of the Regional Innovation Index," said Asmawa.

Asmawa said that the submission of the results of the assessment of the implementation of public services is a form of support from the Ombudsman team for us, to encourage compliance with public service standards and improve the quality of public services with fair services without discrimination for the people in Bogor Regency.

"The results of this assessment are an encouragement for all of us to continue to improve the best service, and also adapt to current developments in information technology," he said.
