
PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BOGOR - The provincial government continues to strengthen synergy with district and city governments to optimize macro development in West Java. After previously meeting with the ranks of the Regency and City Governments in the Greater Bandung area, now it is the Bogor Regency Regional Government's turn.
Acting Governor Bey Machmudin dialogued and discussed with the ranks of the Bogor Regency bureaucracy led by Acting Bogor Regent Asmawa Tosepu in Multipurpose Meeting Room 1 of the Bogor Regency Regional Government office, Thursday (27/6/2024).
"Today I met with the Acting Regent of Bogor with heads of regional apparatus, sub-district heads and village heads. We want to increase coordination and synergy between the West Java Provincial Government and the Bogor Regency Regional Government," said Bey Machmudin.
The dialogue and discussion included explanations of various developments in Bogor Regency by the Acting Regent. Bey Machmudin watched the presentation carefully and occasionally took notes on things he considered important.
Bey appreciated Bogor Regency's readiness to hold the West Java gubernatorial election and Bogor regional election on November 27. Bey also pays attention to handling stunting and managing street vendors (PKL) in the Puncak Gunung Mas area.
"I appreciate the Acting Regent's firmness in structuring the Puncak area," said Bey.
To Acting The Regent of Bogor, Bey, encouraged him not to hesitate to take action against violations of spatial planning or permits in the Puncak area. "Mr. Acting Regent, don't hesitate to enforce the rules. If you violate the rules, please take firm action. Don't let us take action against ordinary (violations)," said Bey.
The Bogor Regency Regional Government Monday (24/6/2024) curbed street vendors and buildings deemed to be violating in the Puncak Gunung Mas area. The arrangement was carried out to optimize the function and benefits of the Gunung Mas rest area which was built by the Central Government in collaboration with PTPN, Pemdaprov and Bogor Regency Government.
The rest area was built in 2020 with a budget of IDR 102 billion and provides 600 official kiosks. The arrangement is carried out by shifting the position of street vendors from the side of the national road and moving them to a better place,
According to the Acting Regent of Bogor, Asmawa Tosepu, the arrangement of street vendors has complied with procedures, gone through the socialization stages for three months, and today received support from the Acting Governor. Currently, field officers are still on duty to maintain security and conduciveness.
"On the advice of the Governor, we made arrangements and until 12 o'clock last night we were at the location, everything was conducive to safety," concluded Asmawa.
