PORTALJABAR, BEKASI REGENCY - The Bekasi Regency Government (Pemkab) supports the provision of decent housing for state civil servants (ASN) through the launch of the Casa De Prima ASN housing facility in West Cikarang and Central Cikarang.

Acting Regent of Bekasi, Asep Surya Atmaja accompanied the Minister of Immigration and Corrections of the Republic of Indonesia, Agus Andrianto in launching the program in Kalijaya Village, West Cikarang District, Tuesday (19/5/2026).

According to Asep, providing adequate housing is an important part of supporting the welfare of ASN and the quality of public services.

"This program not only provides residential buildings, but also demonstrates the state's concern for the welfare of civil servants who dedicate themselves to public service," he said.

He said that a house is not just a place to live, but also a space for family growth and a foundation for creating quality human resources.

As an industrial area and center of national economic growth, Bekasi Regency continues to encourage balanced development between economic growth and the provision of well-organized and affordable housing.

"We hope the Casa De Prima residential area can be a comfortable, healthy, and productive environment, and support an improved quality of life for its residents," said Asep.

Meanwhile, the Indonesian Minister of Immigration and Corrections, Agus Andrianto, explained that the Casa De Prima project was built in two areas, namely West Cikarang and Central Cikarang.

In the West Cikarang area, the project is being built on 7,700 square meters of land, with plans to construct 60 houses and 9 shophouses. To date, 34 houses have been completed.

Meanwhile, in the Central Cikarang area, the project will be built on 9,000 square meters of land with a total of 78 housing units.

Agus stated that the housing development involved collaboration with several parties, including PLN and BRI. One approach was utilizing coal-fired power plant waste residue as housing module material to reduce construction costs.

Agus hopes that the ASN housing program can continue to develop and provide wider benefits to the community through house construction and renovation programs in various regions.
