PORTALJABAR, GARUT REGENCY - The Garut Regency Government launched the RANCAGE-Garut and SATATA innovations to accelerate civil servant (ASN) personnel services. (June 18, 2026)

The launch of the innovation was held in the Hall of Campus 4, Garut University and was attended by the Regent of Garut, Abdusy Syakur Amin.

Abdusy Syakur Amin expressed his appreciation for the digitalization of civil service services, which he believes has accelerated the civil servant administration process.

He said this integrated system was an important breakthrough in the reform of human resource management for civil servants.

"This is one step that I think is significant," he said.

According to him, ASN governance must support fast, accurate, and data-based public services.

The implementation of the digital system is expected to increase the ASN Professionalism Index in Garut Regency.

Integrated personnel data will also facilitate decision-making based on real needs.

The Regent emphasized his full commitment to strengthening professional and adaptive bureaucracy within the Garut Regency Government.

"This is a new breakthrough and I hope it can be implemented with full commitment," he said.

The RANCAGE-Garut and SATATA innovations are expected to accelerate the transformation of more efficient personnel services.

The system is also aimed at improving the quality of ASN governance to be more transparent and accountable.
