PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Bandung City Government (Pemkot) has confirmed that it will provide Eid Al-Fitr Allowances (THR) and Thirteenth Salary to State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in 2026.

This policy applies to all ASN consisting of Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK), including Part-Time PPPK.

The Mayor of Bandung, Muhammad Farhan, said that the provision of THR and the 13th salary was a follow-up to the central government's policy as stipulated in Government Regulation (PP) Number 9 of 2026 concerning the provision of holiday allowances and the thirteenth salary for state civil servants.

As a follow-up to the regulation, the Bandung City Government has issued Bandung Mayor Regulation Number 16 of 2026 concerning the technicalities of providing THR and thirteenth salary sourced from the 2026 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD).

Farhan explained that with the issuance of this regulation, all ASN within the Bandung City Government will be guaranteed to receive their rights in accordance with applicable provisions.

With this policy, the Bandung City Government ensures that all civil servants receive their welfare benefits ahead of Eid al-Fitr while also ensuring administrative certainty and ensuring regional financial management in accordance with applicable regulations.
