PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - State Senior High School 7 Bandung held the 2026 Education Expo with 34 universities present to help students determine their educational continuation (29/1/2029).

The activities in the school environment target grade XII students to obtain direct information about higher education options according to their interests and talents.

The Principal of Bandung State Senior High School 7, Lina Kuslina, said the expo was an important reference for students in developing future educational plans.

"This expo provides insight and serves as a reference source, especially for 12th grade students, in determining their future career choices," said Lina Kuslina.

The school involves alumni who are still studying or have graduated to motivate students to face the transition period after graduation.

The Chairman of Bandung Law College, Mas Putra Zenno Januarsyah, and the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Alumni Association of State Senior High School 7 Bandung, Atang Hermawan Usman, also shared their experiences.

"We hope this will be an inspiration to all of them that their older siblings are already at that point," said Lina Kuslina.

Lina Kuslina encouraged students to make optimal use of expo information to make more informed educational choices.

"I always support students to continue their education, whether public or private, according to their interests and talents," said Lina Kuslina.

The school also directs students to consult with guidance and counseling teachers to confirm their study choices.

One of the students, Ahdan Rafi, admitted that he gained a lot of new knowledge from university information and alumni stories.

"Many alumni shared experiences that opened my eyes," said Ahdan Rafi.

The event was also enlivened by performances by Pidi Baiq and the Siswa Band, which added to the participants' enthusiasm. (Rep pun/bhf)
