PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Bandung City Government (Pemkot) is preparing to disburse the 13th salary for Government Employees with Part-Time Employment Agreements (PPK). The disbursement process is scheduled to begin on June 8, 2026.

The provision is carried out based on the provisions in Government Regulation Number 9 of 2026 concerning the Provision of Holiday Allowances and Thirteenth Salary to State Apparatus in 2026, which stipulates that PPPK is included in the group of recipients of the Thirteenth Salary.

As a follow-up to these provisions, the Bandung City Government has stipulated Bandung Mayor Regulation Number 16 of 2026 concerning the Technical Provision of Holiday Allowances and Thirteenth Salary Sourced from the 2026 Regional Budget. Furthermore, the provision of the thirteenth salary is strengthened by the Circular Letter of the Head of the Type A1 Bandung II State Treasury Service Office Number S-529/KPN.1302/2026 dated May 18, 2026 concerning Technical Instructions for the Implementation of Payment of the Thirteenth Salary to State Apparatus, Pensioners, Pension Recipients, and Allowance Recipients in 2026.

"In accordance with applicable regulations, Part-Time PPPK with a work period of less than 1 (one) year receive the Thirteenth Salary proportionally according to the work period they have completed," said Bandung Mayor Muhammad Farhan, Wednesday (3/6/2026).

Please note, the calculation is done using the formula: n/12 × 1 (one) month's income. Where n is the number of months worked based on the Task Execution Order (SPMT).

Currently, the process of preparing the 13th salary payment list for Part-Time PPPK has been completed.

"The Bandung City Government has confirmed the availability of funds for the salary payments as intended. The disbursement process is scheduled to begin on June 8, 2026," said Farhan. (Bandung City Communications and Information Office/rka)
