PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - The Bandung City Government (Pemkot) continues to communicate with Pertamina to obtain the latest information regarding the distribution of fuel oil (BBM).

Based on information received as of Thursday (15/10/2026), fuel distribution to Bandung City is still monitored as safe.

Bandung Mayor Muhammad Farhan said that communication with Pertamina was one of the city government's efforts to obtain information regarding the condition of fuel distribution, including any obstacles in the distribution process.

"So far, we are still receiving information that distribution here is safe," said Farhan, Thursday (10/15/20226)

Farhan explained that the fuel distribution mechanism to Bandung City uses Pertamina's pipeline network. This differs from several regions that rely on fuel transportation by ship from refineries on different islands.

According to him, based on information received from Pertamina, problems with the transport ship could affect the fuel distribution process in a number of regions.
This condition shows the importance of monitoring distribution information according to the characteristics of distribution channels in each region.

For the City of Bandung, the City Government continues to communicate with Pertamina to obtain developments regarding the condition of fuel distribution.

"We are in continuous communication with Pertamina, especially regarding fuel distribution," said Farhan.

The Bandung City Government will continue to monitor fuel distribution developments through communication with Pertamina. This step is being taken to support supply monitoring and assist the government in obtaining the necessary information to respond to evolving situations on the ground.
