This program is an effort by the Garut Regency Government to strengthen the regional economy through empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Abdusy Syakur Amin said that dynamic economic conditions require innovation and adaptive business actors.

According to him, MSMEs have high flexibility so they recover more quickly when facing economic challenges.

"Why? Because the characteristics of large-scale and small-scale operations are different. Small-scale operations typically have high flexibility and can recover very quickly," he said.

Abdusy Syakur Amin believes that MSMEs need business capital and a strong will to grow.

"Because being an entrepreneur isn't easy. No one gets rich instantly; it requires serious effort," he stressed.

He hopes that the small industry network will be able to strengthen the economic independence of Garut Regency.

The Wirahebat Program is also expected to become a learning and experience-sharing space for business actors.

Wirahebat Batch 4 Coordinator Ganjar said the program builds a sustainable MSME ecosystem.

"Where an ecosystem doesn't just stop at formal or symbolic activities, but involves sustainability," he said.

Ganjar explained that participants underwent an incubation and competition process before receiving government stimulus.

He ensured that the distribution of aid to participants was carried out transparently and on target.

Head of the Cooperatives and SMEs Service of Garut Regency, Hendra Siswara Gumilang, said that the entire series of Wirahebat Batch 4 had been completed.

Hendra said that 75 percent of the Wirahebat Batch 1 to Batch 4 participants were women.

"There is one interesting thing about Garut entrepreneurs, where from Batch 1 to Batch 4, 75 percent of the participants were women," he said.

The Wirahebat Program is also synergized with various regional agencies to strengthen MSME empowerment.

The event closed with awards given to the best entrepreneurs in various Wirahebat categories.
