PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Commander of Husein Sastranegara Air Base Colonel Pnb Alfian, accompanied by Chairman of PIA Ardhya Garini Branch 4/DI Husein Sastranegara Air Base Annisa Alfian visited the Ecumenical Protestant Christian Church of Husein Sastranegara Air Base, Sunday (16/6/2024)

This visit is part of efforts to strengthen tolerance between religious communities within the Husein Sastranegara Air Base.

During the visit, Danlanud and the Chairman of PIA were warmly welcomed by Pastor Setiawan Hartanto and the church congregation.

Husein Sastranegara Air Base Commander Colonel Pnb Alfian delivered a message about the importance of maintaining harmony between religious communities and respecting each other.

"We are all part of one big and strong nation because of the diversity we have. Tolerance and mutual respect are the main keys to maintaining unity," he said.

Alfian also invited all Husein Sastranegara Air Base personnel and the surrounding community to continue to maintain the spirit of togetherness and mutual cooperation.

He hopes that activities like this can be a positive example for the wider community in understanding the importance of living side by side in harmony.

Pastor Setiawan Hartanto said that this visit was a moment that strengthened the relationship between the church congregation and Husein Sastranegara Air Base.

"The presence of Danlanud shows a strong commitment to the spirit of togetherness and close cooperation between various elements of society," he said.
