PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - To provide easy access to population administration services (Adminduk), the Bandung City Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil) operates a mobile service providing mobile services (Mepeling).

This time, Mepeling is serving the administration of death certificates and will last until Thursday 6 June 2024 in Pasteur Village, Sukajadi District.

The Maternity Deed Mepeling service starts at 09.00 WIB until 14.00 WIB and has a quota for 40 applicants.

Manager of SIAK (Population Information System) at the Bandung City Dukcapil Disdukcapil, Nandang Suherman, said that the Bandung City Dukcapil Disdukcapil regularly holds Mepeling and tours all sub-districts and other public areas.

This is an effort to provide excellent service for people who want to take care of population and civil registration services. Specifically in Pasteur Village, the service available is death certificate services.

"We came to the sub-district to provide closer services. For residents who have not yet submitted a death certificate, we can get closer," he said at the Pasteur Sub-District Office, Wednesday (5/6/2024).

He said that previously residents were given information in advance regarding the implementation of Mepeling and the requirements that had to be brought. Later, residents just have to come to the designated Mepeling location.

The process required for issuing a death certificate is not too long, it only takes one day. Once completed, the death certificate is sent via email to the applicant or can be printed at the location.

"The printing process takes 1 x 24 hours, from the requirements that have met the requirements, then the data is entered into the system. It won't be finished long in the afternoon," he said.

The presence of Mepeling in Pasteur Village, Sukajadi District was greeted enthusiastically by residents. One of them, Jonathan, a resident of Pasteur Village. According to him, Mepeling's presence was very helpful in processing the death certificate because it was closer to where he lived.

"This is my first time trying it, starting from registration and processing it doesn't take long and it's simpler. The service is very fast, it's good. Everything is okay," he said.

Another resident of Pasteur Village, Lina Suparlina, also expressed the same thing. According to him, Mepeling's service is very fast and friendly. He hopes that Mepeling's presence will be increased in terms of implementation time.
