PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BEKASI - Acting Regent of Bekasi Dani Ramdan carried out an interfaith takjil sharing activity initiated by the Bekasi Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB) in Taman Sehati, Bekasi Regency, Friday (5/4/2024).

Sharing takjil for breaking the fast shows that the people of Bekasi Regency are increasingly mature in national, state and religious life.

"Yes, I would like to thank the Chair of the FKUB and also all the administrators and staff, for holding the interfaith takjil sharing activity, this shows how we are becoming more mature in national, state and religious life," he said.

Dani also assessed that this activity was a symbol of religious harmony in Bekasi Regency. In this holy month of Ramadan, Muslims are fasting.

He said that this activity shows that religious harmony in tolerance in Bekasi Regency is going well. It can be seen from the various takjil provided to the community to break the fast, the takjil are provided by various religious communities in Bekasi district. From Muslims themselves, Catholics, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists and Confucians.

"Of course we must be grateful for this, we must continue to develop it, how we build the lives of religious communities with joy and joy. Differences are not for us to be enemies with each other but instead are blessings to enrich our lives," he said.

Dani also invited people from all religions to help with the homecoming post which had been prepared or provided by the Bekasi District Government (Pemdakab) or volunteers.
