PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BEKASI - Acting Regent of Bekasi Dani Ramdan led the Morning Call for Briefing 10,099 Non-ASN within the Bekasi Regency Regional Government (Pemdakab).

The call includes Non-ASN Education and Education Personnel, Satpol PP, Transportation Service, Fire Brigade, and other Technical Personnel at the Bekasi Regional Government Plaza, Wednesday (8/5/2024).

Dani said that, as a regional head official, he would continue to oversee the policy of appointing Honorary Personnel to become State Civil Servants (ASN) for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) for those who had entered the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) data collection in 2022.

"Starting from 2022 - 2023, I will extend it again, we will fight again for honorary staff to be appointed as ASN PPPK, in accordance with Law Number 20 of 2023 concerning ASN," he said.

The non-ASN workers who have been recorded are those who have worked since January 2021. The Bekasi Regional Government, continued Dani, received 10,099 formations from the central government.

“Then I decided all the formations were for our honorary staff. Even though I was asked by MenPAN-RB, why all PPPK? Even though civil servants are needed for auditors, and others. I said, sir, I will prioritize honors first. "I want to make history that when I become Acting Regent, I will appoint all Your Majesty!" he said.

According to Dani, in the future the honorees will continue to be given education and training so that their competence can level up to the main level. So that government performance will continue to improve.

"We need auditors, we need to train, we need accountants, we train, we need an IT team, we train, Fire Department, Dishub to expert level. "But it took more than a year," he said.

He advised, even though they continue to be supervised as ASN PPPK, that the honorees should continue to improve their discipline and performance, maximizing service to the community in accordance with their field of work.

Dani ensured that everything went smoothly. All of these honorees were confirmed to be ASN PPPK while waiting for the process until October-November 2024.
