PORTALJABAR, DISTRICT. BOGOR - Acting Regent of Bogor Asmawa Tosepu reminded the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to strengthen enthusiasm and awareness in carrying out the four main duties as state servants, namely the best public service, building a prosperous society, creating an independent society, and bringing order to society.

Asmawa emphasized this when leading the Bogor Regency Level Awareness Day Ceremony which is routinely held every 17th of the current month, this time it was the Ciseeng District's turn to be chosen as the host, Wednesday (17/4/2024).

It should be noted that in the three months and 17 days that Acting Regent Bogor Asmawa led Bogor Regency, he was able to visit 39 sub-districts from 40 sub-districts throughout Bogor Regency. Both in providing support to ASNs, greeting the community directly to listen to people's aspirations, and directly inspecting infrastructure and public facilities throughout the Bogor Regency area.

Asmawa explained that four things are the responsibility and must be carried out optimally on the shoulders of each ASN, namely firstly providing services according to their respective duties and functions (tusi). This means providing the best service to anyone according to their respective duties and providing convenience and justice to those served.

Second, optimizing the development function, namely trying to encourage the realization of community welfare through development in various sectors. The third is the empowerment function, the aim of which is to bring about community independence, the fourth is to carry out the regulatory function to bring order to society.

"Again, I remind all Bogor Regency ASN as well as Ciseeng District Government officials to always carry out the four duties that rest on all of us as state servants for the people we love," he said.

Asmawa stated that the Bogor Regency National Awareness Day Ceremony, which is routinely celebrated every 17th of the current month, is carried out to inspire and raise awareness of all ASN regarding the nation and state, including society.

"This is also a concrete effort and step in order to arouse and revive a sense of awareness that the importance of nationhood and statehood is linked to providing services to the people of the nation and state," he said.

According to him, especially in the current era of digital disruption, solidarity is important. Because influence from outside can no longer be avoided, whether we like it or not, whether we like it or not, it has to be present in it, therefore, unity and unity are needed.

Ciseeng District Head Yodi Muhrod Sudjana Ermaya appreciated the Acting Regent of Bogor for his presence and being the leader of the National Awareness Day Ceremony at Bogor Regency Level in the Ciseeng District area. This is an award and honor for the Ciseeng District Government as well as the entire Ciseeng community.

"It is very rare for the Acting Regent of Bogor to directly visit him, not only leading the ceremony he also taking part in halalbihalal in Ciseeng District. "Hopefully this opportunity can be utilized as well as possible, especially in improving the best service to the people of Ciseeng," he said.
