PORTALJABAR, BOGOR REGENCY - Acting (Pj.) Regent of Bogor Bachril Bakri received a working visit from the ranks of the Jambi City Regional Government at the MPP Building of Bogor Regency, Wednesday (22/1/2025).

On that occasion, both parties held discussions regarding efforts to provide building permits such as building permit approval (PBG) and BPHTB (land and building rights acquisition fees) for low-income communities (MBR).

Bachril Bakri explained that Bogor Regency has implemented various regulations to facilitate access to permits for MBR. Among them, Regent Regulation Number 1 of 2025 which amends Regent Regulation Number 56 concerning PBG for MBR, and Regent Regulation Number 2 of 2025 which amends Regent Regulation Number 57 concerning BPHTB. According to Bachril, this step aims to accelerate licensing services and make it easier for people in need.

"In Bogor Regency, we have set a very fast service standard. The process of granting PBG permits for MBR only takes 2 hours, even the simulation we did only took 15 minutes. While for BPHTB, we only need about 20 minutes," said Bachril Bakri.

Bachril also explained the importance of integrated services in one place, namely the Integrated MBR Corner in Bogor Regency. This is possible because all officers work according to their authority and are coordinated, and also contribute to increasing the speed and quality of service. Another supporting factor is the accuracy of officers in processing documents and minimizing network disruptions.

Meanwhile, Acting Mayor of Jambi Sri Purwaningsih was amazed at the speed of service implemented in Bogor Regency. She also hopes to be able to imitate and implement a similar system in Jambi City, with the hope of improving public services in her area.

"I am very impressed with the fast and efficient service in Bogor Regency, both for PBG and BPHTB. We will soon try to replicate this in Jambi City. In addition, we also intend to establish cooperation with Bogor Regency in the form of an understanding or cooperation agreement," said the Acting Mayor of Jambi.

Through this visit, both parties agreed to continue to establish communication and collaboration for the sake of improving public services, especially for the lower classes.

Present at this activity were the Head of DPMPTSP, Head of DPKPP, Representative of the PUPR Service, representative of Bappedalitbang and representative of Bappenda. (Public Communication Team / Diskominfo Bogor Regency / Revo)
