PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - Acting Mayor of Bandung Bambang Tirtoyuliono appointed Head of the Bandung City Education Service (Disdik) Hikmat Ginanjar as Daily Acting (Plh) Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Bandung City, Friday (15/3/2024).

Bambang said that the appointment of the Acting Regional Secretary was to ensure that public services in the City of Bandung continued to run well.

"He is a senior ASN in the Bandung City Government. I hope he can carry out this mandate well to create excellent public services for the community," he said.

For your information, Hikmat Ginanjar was born in Bandung in 1964. He is a Master of Government Science graduate.

Currently, Hikmat Ginanjar is the Head of the Bandung City Education Office from 2019 until now. Hikmat also serves as Chairman of the Management Board of the Republic of Indonesia Civil Service Corps (Korpri) Bandung City for the 2023-2027 period.

Previously, Hikmat also served as Head of the Environmental Management Agency, Head of the Fire Prevention and Management Service, and Head of the National Unity and Politics Agency.

Apart from that, Hikmat has also served as Head of Sumur Bandung and Astanaanyar sub-districts.

Under the leadership of Hikmat Ginanjar, the Bandung City Education Department received many awards, one of which was winning the winner award related to the highest Adoption Rate of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) in West Java. The award was given on National Teachers' Day (HGN) 2023 which was initiated by the West Java Center for Teacher Mobilization (BBGP).
