PORTALJABAR, BEKASI REGENCY - Acting Regent of Bekasi Asep Surya Atmaja held a dialogue with the Cipayung Plus Student Alliance to accommodate aspirations and accelerate regional development solutions at the Swatantra Wibawa Mukti Building, Central Cikarang (6/4/2026).
Asep Surya Atmaja received a student aspiration action in the Golok Statue area together with elements of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum as well as the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police (Polri).
He invited the heads of regional apparatus to participate in an open dialogue so that every student input could be immediately followed up according to their respective authorities.
Asep said that student input is an important part of improving regional development policies so that the benefits are felt by the community.
He emphasized that regional governments do not work alone and require teamwork from all elements of society.
Asep stated that the eight inputs submitted by students would be used as material for evaluating regional development policies.
The Chairman of the Bekasi Regency Regional People's Representative Council, Ade Sukron, confirmed that his institution is ready to oversee student aspirations through its supervisory function and the formation of regulations.
Cipayung Plus Adil LM Student Representatives appreciate the dialogue space provided by the local government to discuss various public issues.
Students also encouraged regular follow-up meetings so that the discussion of solutions would be more focused and could be followed up concretely.
The student alliance conveyed nine demands related to health services, employment, management of regionally owned enterprises, corruption prevention, and disaster mitigation.
