PORTALJABAR, BANDUNG CITY - West Java has again added to its medal collection at the 21st PON Aceh - North Sumatra 2024. Additional gold medals were obtained from rowing, while additional silver medals were obtained from cycling and weightlifting.

Dede Sunandar, in the Canoe Rowing branch, Canoeing - K-2 500 m, won gold, also the Canoe Rowing Team, Canoeing - K-4 500 m, won a gold medal.

The silver medal was won by racers Mohammad Rafly Fadillah, Muhamad Dankin, and Novia Dwi Sapitri in the MTB bicycle race cross country team relay category.

Another silver medal was contributed by Muh. Nur Fuad Jamal in the 67 kg weightlifting class.

As of Thursday (5/9/2024), at 16.00, the medal tally for the West Java contingent at the 21st PON Aceh - North Sumatra 2024 was 8 gold, 4 silver, and 7 bronze.
