Asmawa Tosepu said, one indicator of the success of the Bangga Kencana program is the percentage of birth control contraceptive use, in Bogor Regency over the past 5 years, the highest achievement in 2021 was 74.25 percent, in 2022 it was 61.70 percent and in 2023 it was 66.93 percent. percent.

In line with the Pride Kencana program, of course we hope that in 2024 the percentage of contraceptive use in Bogor Regency can increase, one of the spearheads of this will be the counselors and PLKB.

"In addition to having knowledge, collaboration skills and good communication methods, instructors and PLKB together with village mobilizers and village family planning posts must have extra patience in dealing with various community behavior and characters," said Acting. Regent of Bogor.

As is known, women are still the vulnerable party in reproductive problems, therefore it is necessary to increase the role of men in efforts to improve the level of reproductive health in society and reduce maternal and child mortality rates.
