JAKARTA — Deputy Governor of West Java Erwan Setiawan attended the Launch of the National E-Learning Program for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) with Integrity at the Prof. Dr. Agus Dwiyanto, MPA Auditorium, State Administration Institute (LAN) Office, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (17/6/2026).
The ASN Berintegritas E-Learning Program is a strategic initiative of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to strengthen a culture of integrity among civil servants throughout Indonesia. This digital learning platform is easily accessible and allows civil servants to study corruption prevention, government ethics, good governance, and strengthen integrity values independently and sustainably.
"Civil servants are expected to increase their understanding and awareness of anti-corruption and implement integrity values in their daily duties. These efforts are an important part of realizing a professional, accountable, transparent, and service-oriented bureaucracy," Erwan said.
Meanwhile, KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto emphasized that strengthening the integrity of ASN is not merely a matter of compliance with regulations, but also concerns the quality of public services and the future of the nation.
"This isn't just about integrity, but also about the quality of public services, an effective and efficient bureaucracy, and Indonesia's future," Setyo said.
He assessed that the various efforts to improve regulations and systems that the government had undertaken would not run optimally without changes in the behavior of the human resources who implemented them.
According to Setyo, ASN plays a strategic role in various public service sectors, from education to health, which will determine the quality of Indonesia's generation and development towards the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.
The launch of the E-Learning for ASN with Integrity is expected to be a concrete step in broadening the understanding of anti-corruption and building a culture of integrity in the bureaucratic environment in a sustainable manner.
